We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to work with our customers and increase sales of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & execution
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Updating HubSpot, G-Cores CRM system; Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Process online inquiries and update the CRM system to reflect the new status for each prospect
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the hosting industry
  • Ability to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Proven inside sales & CRM experience

  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Advanced profiency working HubSpot com (CRM)

  • Strong administration skills and experience dealing with multiple inbound enquiries per day

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English & Russian (German advantageous but not required)
