You will be a part team headed by HR Director responsible for targeting, screening and assessing best talents. We are looking for proactive and positive person with a strong personality, stress resistance and ability to be flexible and able to work in multitasking environment.

Responsibilities:
• 360 degree responsibility for Talent Acquisition within asigned positions (Identify and head-hunt the best talents in adherence with company values and ethics, conduct interviews, cooperation with internal clients)
• Functional responsibility - prodaction
• Implement various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital
• Implement selection processes according to company principals and conduct interviews
• Supply the recruitment base with CVs according to needs and update it with the aim of identifying talents
• Participate in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles together with hiring managers
• Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly on progress
• Complete recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvements
• Be aware of various topics linked to recruitment; profile development, roles, pay, and methods
• Develop and promote employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events

Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience (recruitment agency or executive search firm preferable)
• Strong sourcing skills (online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, etc.)
• Ability to assess candidate’s qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations
• English – Upper-intermediate + (experience in communication with the English speaking management)
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
