The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets and exceed it for Food and Beverage sector
  • Developing strategies to increase sales into key end-users
  • Ensure the WMFTG brand is promoted at all times

Reporting to GM of Watson-Marlow, Russia

  • To follow business processes, e.g. data management within ERP/CRM system
  • To develop and implement key action plans
  • To monitor and review discounts applied to customer accounts, ensuring that discount levels are appropriate
  • To identify decision makers and influencers at key end-users and to make relationship with them
  • Deep products and customers process knowledge to provide accurate product selection
  • To make proposals for effective marketing activities, to co-ordinate campaigns and to participate in exhibitions and conferences


  • At least 3 years B2B sales experience in process equipment (such as pumps, valves, fluid path equipment) in Food and Beverage industry
  • Sales experience with Proactive sales approach, goal oriented
  • English business language (Intermediate and higher), Russian as a native language
  • Technical higher education
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation and reliability
  • Open, friendly and respectful way of communication
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
  • ERP/CRM strong skills are highly valued, complemented by good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Product training, Sales training
  • Training on the job with common customers visits at the beginning
