This is a role of HR business partner for a Moscow office of consumer goods company. The applicants are expected to have excellent skills in Talent Management, HR Business partnering to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships;
  • Provide HR policy guidance;
  • Perform (together with LM and BU) workforce and succession planning;
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
  • Evaluate training programs;
  • Suggest new HR areas for development;
  • Talent management process including recruitment (sales, marketing and support positions).

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR (5 years) in an international company as HR BP, T&D and TA;
  • Good recruiting skills;
  • General knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
  • Talent management process excellent awareness;
  • Not often employer change;
  • Excellent English (as must – upper intermediate or above).
