LATOKEN is looking for a Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the users and answer questions via Helpdesk tools (TG group, Zendesk Support & Chat, SM mentions);

  • Handle technical requests, collect relevant data;

  • Communicates with other departments (product, marketing & technical) if needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 2/2 12h night shifts;
  • Fluent written English;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Technical acumen & logical thinking;
  • High empathy level, willingness to help others;
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, result-oriented;
  • Understanding that remote work is as important as the office one.
