Main responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the planning, implementation, monitoring, analysis and reporting processes for marketing activities, mainly in PR and Digital (SMM, Brand ambassadors, collaboration with bloggers and opinion leaders, Media advertising, Web sites, etc.) for Car audio and Hi-Fi electronics, Headphones.
  • To implement all the activities in line with Marketing strategy and budget
  • To spread positive Brand image in Digital, creating Brand ambassadors among consumers
  • To increase efficiency of resource allocation, to set, monitor and maximize KPIs of all digital assets by using new technologies, identifying trends and insights.
  • To control work of Marketing suppliers – tenders, briefing, guidance and control
  • To conduct written translation, texts writing and editing (briefs, press-release, articles, product post and other marketing materials)
  • To define the best relevant content per each channel to engage, acquire, and retain customers
  • To monitor trends and proactively suggest the ways to utilize them in order to maximize projects efficiency and to engage consumers
  • To conduct competitors marketing activities monitoring
  • To collaborate with dealers and partners in Digital area
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities, controls of the expenses
  • Arranges of payments and contracts approval procedures
  • Maintenance of effective relationship within the company (especially with sales, product planning departments and HQs).

Requirements:

  • Technical higher education & Technical mind
  • Technical knowledge about consumer's electronics equipment, basic knowledge of sound reproduction technologies
  • Knowledge of audio consumer electronics or\and auto market (Car audio is preferable)
  • Good Command of English (Upper-intermediate+ level)
  • 1+ years of proven experience in Consumer Marketing (especially in Digital)
  • Strong understanding of current consumer market trends and innovative digital approaches in goods promotions
  • Social media active user
  • Strong analytical skills and skills in digital analytics (used systems like Google Analytics, Brand Analytics, Popsters, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of analytical metrics (CPC, CPA, ER, etc.)
  • Experience in conducting of primary documents’ workflow
  • Good writing skills in Russian and English as well
  • Good presentation skills in Russian and English as well (both written and spoken)
  • Advanced PC user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Organizational competencies. Structured approach. Self-discipline. Responsible. Able to work under the pressure of tough deadlines and many different tasks
  • Proactive, positive, quick leaner, team-player
