  • The presence of successful projects in the portfolio and the desire to talk about them in numbers;
  • Experience of managing people, the ability to ignite and motivate employees;
  • Attention to detail, the ability to keep in mind a large amount of information, the ability to quickly make decisions;
  • Knowledge of English at the fluent (advanced) level.
