Duties:
  • Manage and lead the Team through day-to-day operations, as well as strategically guide the Commercial department to achieve Team and organizational goals;
  • Fully contribute to and drive the design of the hotels business strategy;
  • Conduct/attend all required meetings with team members, senior management, region and owners that contribute to the overall Commercial success of the hotels;
  • Responsible for analysing competitors' activities and pricing strategy together with the Revenue Manager. Analysis of fair market share with the major competitors on a monthly and YTD basis;
  • Rooms - Analyse trends of business by market segment, channel and GOB – co-ordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate;
  • Responsible to maximise occupancy and average rate through good inventory and yield management control as well as diary management control of M&E Sales department;
  • Coach and support the whole Hotels’ commercial team: M&E Sales, Pro-active Sales, Marketing;
  • Analyse performance of existing customers and develop strategies/action plans to attract new accounts;
  • Develop key account management, which increases Radisson’s market share and closer matches the way customers choose to buy for CORP, Leisure and MICE;
  • In conjunction with the Regional Marketing team, Ensure that the hotels are well marketed on Internet and all other distribution channels;
  • Produce the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets and forecasts in conjunction with hotel teams;
  • Actively participate in the key management issues of the property (e.g. planned refurbishment, training, customer service improvement campaigns, etc)

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Previous work experience on the position of Director of Sales and Marketing minimum 3 years in hospitality;
  • Fluent English and Russian written and spoken;
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
