Подразделение потребительских товаров отвечает за одно из старейших направлений деятельности компании.

Оно представлено широким ассортиментом средств по уходу за детской кожей, косметическими продуктами для лица и тела, средствами личной гигиены, продуктами для ухода за полостью рта, а также безрецептурными лекарственными препаратами.

Accountabilities:
  • In close collaboration with Marketing team controlling over marketing funds spend to ensure actual spend does not exceed allowed budget, promptly reveal risks and escalate to management, proceed with investments efficiency assessment
  • Financial evaluation of new business initiatives like new products/brands launches
  • Validation and finance advice on pricing/cost revision
  • Support of S&OP cycle: contribution to forecast development, technical support of the process (master data population, data reconciliation, etc)
  • Pricing data validation and approval (in a form of contracts review and approval, ERP population)
  • Business results analysis – regular comprehensive business results analysis (by brand/country)
  • Financial planning – financial plan development: short term, annual in terms of revenue, profitability and brand investments detailed planning
  • Support of ad hoc projects in finance and business functions

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of General Finance, Finance Management, other neighboring areas

  • Certification (CIMA, CMA, ACCA)/progression in certification is an advantage

  • Finance Experience in multi-national companies (preferably Pharma or FMCG) 5+ years

  • Fluent English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Intellectual and business curiosity
