Roistat is a SaaS marketing analytics system. We're one of the first end-to-end analytics companies in Russia with more than 30,000 clients. In 2018 we have raised $4,000,000 with iTech Capital and we are taking these funds to develop a company on the international markets (USA & Europe). Currently we're looking for an employee to join our International Sales team

Outbound Senior Sales Manager - in Moscow or remote

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans to acquire new customers in the USA, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, email sequencing, web demos and others

  • Develop ICP and SQL profiles

  • Finding relevant databases

  • Document all activity in CRM

  • Working together with marketing to support joined targeted efforts

  • Master product demonstrations and knowledge of product capabilities and benefits

  • Forecast and proactively uncover opportunities within key business groups.

  • Negotiate and close business.

  • Develop growth plans for accounts

  • Everyday pipeline management

  • Be ready for international business travels

  • Flexible work hours, preferably 14-23 Moscow time

  • This is a growth opportunity, upon business results, to take on management responsibilities - hiring new staff, training, monitoring, etc

Qualifications:

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • 3+ years experience in generating and converting leads in USA

  • Experience in ICP, SQL and Lead Generation

  • Experience in email and social media sales

  • Experience in SaaS or digital marketing/advertising

  • Solid understanding of data analytics is highly desired

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong presentation skills, strong business sense

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales related goals

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude

  • Ability to adapt on the fly to new challenges
