Multinational food-products corporation Danone is the largest producer of fresh dairy products, bottled mineral waters, early life nutrition and medical nutrition. Danone Belarus is pleased to announce the vacancy of Brand Manager for Minsk office.

Objective of the role:

Be a member of marketing team, define the strategy and marketing actions to drive brand growth in the BY market.


  • Drive business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives

  • Lead strategic thinking, proactive approach and believer outstanding plans, communication, innovation & activation grounded in strong consumer insights & data analysis

  • Lead the digital activation for the brand, engaging our consumers where they spend most of their time online and on mobile devices.

  • Lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the development of communication and products

  • Manage the Budget to maximize the impact of this spend

  • Understand BY consumer and be capable to generate insights

A good candidate should:

  • Have proven ability to challenge the status quo, initiate (self- starter), lead projects and people effectively.

  • Have the ability to influence others, drive progress and performance.

  • Have the experience of local production.

  • Be resourceful and have creative approach to getting things done.

  • Have strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.

  • Be a team leader that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organization.

  • Be able to create brand strategy and manage marketing mix in concert with the brand strategy

  • Be action focused and result oriented

  • Have the ability to quickly adapt plans to address emerging trends and competitive threats


  • University degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in a brand marketing (priority FMCG)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Have knowledge of Financial fundamentals
  • English (intermediate+)
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, Power point)
