- Responsible for developing a good and strong relationships with customer.
- Professionally handle incoming request from customers, managing order process
- Coordination with planning, supply chain, financial services to ensure orders are complete and will be on time
- Managing the Complaints and Case process. Register and initiate the investigation of all types of complaints. Provide customer with answer on complaints and cases.
- Developing a deep understanding of customers for troubleshoot their problems
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Work with the R&D to stay updated on product knowledge
- Inform customers about any changes in company policies
