Reporting to: TM Head of Category Body and Fragrances, Consumer Beauty


  • Development of trade-marketing plan for Russia, based on global guidelines,
  • Brand in-store fundamentals tracking & improvement with major customers:
    · Planograms creation & deployment;
    · Key in-store metrics tracking (distribution, product & tester availability, shelf share), interventions planning & execution with Sales team;
    · Permanent brand visibility improvement with the help of shelf tools (both illuminated & non-illuminated)
    · Development of toolkit for sales teams
  • New fragrance launches (trade part):
    · Preparation in line with standard company process (launch presentation to sales team, volume calculation & validation with sales, trade support plan presentation), incl. timely availability of juice samples to enable more accurate forecasting;· Validation of customers’ requests vs brand guidelines, financial assessment, alignment with global brand teams;
    · Trade support execution: retailers’ slots (detailed alignment with global brand teams & customers, croppings and globally produced decoration elements order & installation);
    · Plan and CPS execution together with multifunctional team (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, POSM)
  • In-store activations planning, alignment with global teams & customers and execution (podiums, sprayings, Client Days, etc.);
  • Trade Marketing support of promo and initiative plans;
  • In-store budget management (planning & actuals tracking);
  • Regular brand performance analytics (sell-in, sell-out, stock) & new launches performance assessment
  • Contribution to annual joint strategic plan with customers


  • 3+ years in Sales team of big international FMCG company (Account Executive, Sales manager). Experience with Beauty is considered as advantage;
  • 2+ years in Trade Marketing (Category manager, Trade Marketing manager, Sales Development manager) or Marketing team (junior Brand manager, Brand manager);
  • 1+ years of working in multi-functional team and close collaboration with other teams (supply chain, finance, procurement, etc.);
  • Experience in budget management (icnl. actuals tracking), calculation of activities’ ROI and P&L compilation;
  • Intermediate English and higher (solid written communication);
  • Advanced presentation skills;
  • External focus, awareness about industry;
