Developing Zurich’s profile in the Russian commercial insurance market as a leading A&H carrier through enhanced relationships with distributors (agents and brokers) and clients with associated product and servicing capabilities;
Set up the A&H portfolio in Zurich Russia;
Develop and execute business development plans for the delivery of annual production targets and underwriting results in line with the Global A&H strategy;
Technical A&H underwriting and market facing responsibilities;
Managing the portfolio including client/account management, new business enquiries/quotations, and renewal business retention;
Assure development and implementation of policy, procedures and standards to produce profitable results.
Strong broker/agent and client relationships in the Russian commercial insurance market;
Proven track record of developing and servicing corporate customers accounts;
Good technical skills and understanding of underwriting and actuarial pricing principles;
Problem-solving, decision-making and judgment skills;
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills;
English language skills (Intermediate);
Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations.
