BCS Global Markets is the Global Markets and Investment Banking division of BCS Financial Group. The latter was launched to build an institutional business on its existing strengths in the Russian markets, and since June 2012, offers prime services and global markets business lines to institutional clients in Russia and internationally.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • The control of closure of business day, month, year for the Department
  • The control of work of operational departments
  • Monitoring of compliance with internal policies and procedures by employees
  • Creating different types of reports for Management
  • Handling of access control within the internal accounting system and access to various informational resources.
  • Reconciliation against various data of internal accounting systems, investigating and resolving incidents
  • Auditors and regulatory bodies requests processing
  • Accounting, Management accounting requests processing
  • External accounts management
  • Keeping the database of documents up-to-date

Professional requirements:

  • Higher economic or financial education
  • At least 1 year experience with bank/investment company at middle or back office
  • Knowledge of legislation on securities market
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of brokerage / dealer activity
  • Knowledge of internal accounting and operations with securities
  • Knowledge of systems Qort and Calypso is a plus
  • The qualification certificate of FFMS 1.0 is a plus
  • Use of computers as an advanced user
  • Upper - intermediate English
  • Analytical skills, self - organized, independence, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work extra hours
