1. Build a strong relationship and cooperate with sellers;
2. Drive growth within these customers in categories by understanding the shopping path, how marketplace engages with consumers and how our brands appear online;
3. Create and deliver integrated activation plans;
4. Track sellers' results by analyzing market share in key categories;
5. Develop collaborative relationships internally.
1. 3+ years e-commerce experience; successful experience with TOP online platforms (FMCG) in Russia or worldwide, IT-service (B2B) related experience is a plus;
2. Good at client management and negotiation;
3. Excellent communication skills; organized with attention to details; training skills;
4. Digital-first and Data-first mindset;
5. Intermediate verbal and written English; fluent Chinese is a plus.
