Perform a variety of complex legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect the organization's (including cooperation with Head Quarter) reputation and business interests, minimize legal risks, help to ensure that company complies with all relevant laws and regulations by means of:

  • Provide legal expertise to internal customers in the Company;
  • Minimize the legal risks arising from the Company's current activities in order to increase the Company's profit and cost of the Company's business in the market in the area of responsibility;
  • Representation and protection of interests of the Company in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, individuals, governments and local authorities;
  • Analyzing and providing legal opportunities to internal and external clients of the Company;
  • Excellent legal expertise in spheres of Civil, IP, advertising law, including OTC, medical devices specifics, competition law and pharmaceutical;
  • Creation\improvement and implementation of policies and procedures if necessary;
  • Participation in external working groups in the area of responsibility;
  • Conduct work with integrity and responsibility.


  • Proactive support to Marketing Department;
  • Participate in risk management activities and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;
  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans in sphere of responsibility;
  • Regular monitoring of upcoming law drafts and provide regular updates of relevant legislation to the business in proactive manner;
  • Contracts, advertising and packaging materials approval within timelines;
  • Leading the changes and participating in cross functional projects.


  • Experience as a legal counsel in FMCG, 3-4 PQE (experience in international Pharma companies is an advantage);
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of competition, civil, IP, advertising, pharmaceutical law, common knowledge of corporate law and procedures;
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • English – Upper Intermediate.
