Position: Digital marketing manager

Division: Consumer Health

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains new Precision model in digital marketing in Consumer Health by connecting Content, Media and Data, including direct partnerships with the major industrial vendors Google, Yandex Mail.ru and Facebook
  • Plan production calendar and work together with brand teams to originate and produce of digital creative materials for CH brands. Creates briefs with brand teams, sets clear and understandable goals and deadlines for agencies, ensures timely internal approval of materials in strict accordance with the schedule of the launch of digital campaigns;
  • Maintains daily accounting for a number of Consumer Health brands, is a key digital person for the respective brand teams in the sphere of digital creatives production and digital planning;
  • Initiates and participates in cross-functional online projects, dedicated to development of communication and implementation of marketing activities;
  • Is responsible for solving all related IT issues, lead development of Consumer Health websites and applications (creation of the content, testing, implementation, regular analysis of the web-sites KPIs, localization of the web-sites for the CIS region, leadership of the global web-projects);
  • Drives excellent tactics and implementation to help Consumer Health achieve its digital targets. Utilizes full digital ecosystem to communicate with right audiences at right time through paid, owned and earned channels;
  • Takes control of the SEM/SEO, Search and Programmatic and strategically drives conversion rates to new levels. Leads, motivates and supports PPC, SEO, Programmatic and Display teams in the agency;
  • Is responsible for digital performance, setting right strategies, working with consumer data, setting and tracking KPIs and ensuring campaigns optimization to ensure better reach/frequency, vCPM, CPC, CPV and other KPIs;
  • Is responsible for conducting analysis and cross-channel effectiveness studies, tracking and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing teams, supports digital performance reporting and developing digital insights. Engages with the wider business as a consultative digital manager.
  • Knows and complies with legal and regulatory acts governing production;

Important for us:

  • Education: university degree;
  • 4-6 years experience managing digital media campaigns. experience both at client (in-house) and at agency side is preferable;
  • Wealth of experience in digital production, planning and managing production budgets; proven ability to optimize digital creative and media agency relationships;
  • Profound skills of digital media planning across a broad online mix;
  • Experience in digital performance, setting right strategies and tracking KPIs and campaigns optimization;
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing coupled with excellent numerical / analytical ability and strong attention to details;
  • Experience in Web trends, UX, Google Analytics, to provide insights and identify trends;
  • Competences: ability to lead and work in team, high level of cooperation with brand team, open-minded, innovative thinking, high change and learn agility, result-oriented, willingness to take responsibility.
