Main objective of the role is to implement a consistent and integrated marketing strategy for leading color cosmetics brand Bourjois in order to achieve the sales and other financial targets in profitable way.

Reporting to: Marketing Director Consumer Beauty


1) Based on inputs and guidelines from Marketing Director:

· develops yearly brand plan, completes with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics ensuring growth goals are met;

· prepares marketing activities to support new product launches: from the strategy development to execution;

· leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Product Supply and Finance) to deliver winning plans and best in class execution for the business;

· collaborates with Global Marketing team to transform global strategies into successful regional plans;

· leads external marketing service agencies to develop and execute promotional activities;

· enables Digital transformation, SoMe/Influencer Marketing Strategies, e-Commerce

2) Together with Marketing Director:

· is responsible for brand`s performance in terms of progression of brand equity, sales results and key P&L metrics;

· analyzes product performance and recommends new product development opportunities;

3) Contributes to development of promotions and merchandising, materials/equipment;

4) Monitors and analyzes the market situation (competitors, consumers, distribution channels) for landscape assessment and beauty trends;

5) Controls marketing budget expenses;

6) Performs other tasks and jobs assigned by Marketing Director


  • 1+ years of working experience in marketing inside international company & complex environment;

  • Readiness to learn and evolve constantly;

  • Proven ability to analyze, detect trends and solutions;

  • Passion for beauty! Unbeatable and unique sense of style and brand spirit;

  • Upper Intermediate English skills and higher;

  • Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);

  • Higher education in leading Russian\foreign university;

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;

  • Ability to manage several different projects at the same time; attention to details; accuracy;
