Полная занятость, полный день is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our services across Belarus as well as internationally. You will work directly with the leadership team of AllSports and manage various exciting projects and initiatives across all functions (Marketing, Sales, etc). You'll play a crucial role in the company as you help grow our business and shape strategy. We have a huge, untapped opportunity ahead of us.

- Founded in 2019, has become a leading player in the Belarussian sports market. As of today, our sport memberships offer free access to more than 200 sports facilities in Minsk and Gomel, and we are planning to cover the whole country by the end of year.

- Next to Belarus, there is also an ambitious international expansion plan in place.

You'll be...

- Spearheading major initiatives like regional expansion.

- Co-creating our strategy across different functions (Sales, Marketing, etc) directly with the top management team.

- Leading AllSports business development efforts by maintaining excellent relationships with current customers and establishing new relationships with major corporates.

- Responsible for driving aggressive organizational and revenue growth.

- Identifying and sourcing potential new customers.

- Attending events and representing the AllSports brand.

- Navigating organizations to persuade decision makers to use AllSports products.

- The voice of the customer, providing market feedback to internal teams.

- Helping us build a stellar business team.


- Minimum 2 years experience in top professional services (consulting, investment banking, finance, audit, etc) or directly in IT/ technology business development.

- You have been a top performer in all endeavors you have ventured upon (education, work, etc).

- You have proven skills in building long-term relationships with partners.

- You should be comfortable interacting with all levels from the bottom up to C-level at major to IT

companies and even governmental organizations.

- Unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport and value with people.

- You thrive on a small team in a fast-moving environment.

- You're a naturally positive and optimistic person.

- You’re willing to learn and embrace every opportunity to grow.

- You do whatever it takes to get the job done while maintaining high ethical standards.

- You are fluent in Russian.

- You are proficient in English at an intermediate level.
