Tibbo is an international company group leading in software and hardware solutions for the Internet of Things and digital enterprises. Two main members of the group are Tibbo Technology and Tibbo Systems.

Tibbo Systems develops, deploys, and services solutions based on AggreGate Platform. Established in 2001, Tibbo Systems takes care of developing AggreGate Platform itself, as well as all vertical market products based on it. There are many software professionals, IT infrastructure engineers, automation experts and IoT gurus in our core team.

Tibbo System is looking for a Partner Account Manager (Channel Sales) driving sales of the following solutions/products:

  • Internet of Things platform
  • IT infrastructure management and network monitoring
  • Industrial automation (SCADA/MES/EAM)
  • Building automation and smart cities
  • Physical security and access control
  • Fleet management
  • Predictive maintenance and advanced analytics
  • BI and data governance
  • Incident and situation management

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing relationship with a range of partners (system integrators, engineering companies, MSPs, ISVs, OEMs
  • Leading active expansion within the assigned territory (geographical, vertical market, etc.)

  • Driving and transacting opportunities identified and discovered by your partner network

  • Meeting your personal sales targets, providing a reliable revenue forecast for upcoming quarters

  • Conducting partner pipeline reviews and tracking/protracting partner deal protection

  • Keeping detailed notes on partner interactions in compliance with operational excellence criteria

  • Cooperating with technical presale engineers to enable system design consulting, RFI/RFP analysis, proposal preparation, product presentations/demos, and PoC/pilot projects

  • Working with delivery teams to address problems proactively

  • Training your partners' salesforce on Tibbo product portfolio, sales strategy and competitive advantages

  • Ensuring partner compliance with Tibbo's licensing policy and partner program constraints

  • Planning and supervising marketing activities related to Tibbo product promotion

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years experience of selling technology solutions
  • Excellent understanding of channel sales management

  • Good expertise in some of relevant market niches (IoT/IIoT, IT infrastructure management, industrial and building automation, incident and situation management, BI and analytics, etc.)

  • Oral, written, and presentation communication skills suitable for CxO-level interaction

  • Willingness to work in high risk, high reward conditions, as well as become a part of worldwide growth story

  • Fluency in English
