A great opening is available within our Professional Beauty Division in Moscow, Russia as a Key Account Manager! In this role you will become a part of the leading professional beauty business by developing one of the major beauty salons chain or attracting new salons to join family of our legendary brands (Wella Professionals, System Professionals, Londa Professionals, Sebastian, Nioxin, OPI)

Reporting to: KAM Team Leader Professional Beauty


  • Forecast/plan, sell and sustain volumes to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual shipment targets. Be accountable for the plans that have been put in place by beauty salons;

  • Work closely with the Commercial division to ensure effective planning, control and implementation of beauty salons’ trade marketing fund to maximize shipment opportunities and increase sales to beauty salons;

  • Develop a strong business relationship with beauty salons key personnel and be able to influence their decisions;

  • Work closely with staff internally to ensure successful relationships;

  • Develop trade term conditions, promotional plan, service plan and budget;

  • Lead negotiations & effective collaborations, initiating terms & conditions within approved budget;

  • Keep the day to day management of the beauty salons, holding meetings and negotiations with managers being responsible for 50+ doors with weekly route plan and orders taking


  • 1+ years of experience in Beauty industry (salon or luxury business) is a must;

  • Professional Beauty Salon business is preferable;

  • University Degree;

  • Intermediate level of English;

  • Driving license B;

  • Strong sales skills. Examples shall be provided during interview;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);

  • Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;

  • Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data;

  • Stress-resistant;
