  • Digital strategy development and implementation to drive customer and consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Setting up a culture of customer and lifetime value by optimizing digital customer experience and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure customers transition from traditional to sustainable digital ecosystem o Build brand loyalty, innovate product & service offerings and maximize retail performance.
  • Develop creative ideas and coordinate creation via respective agencies to reach out to the target audience via engaging visuals and slogans that translate the Brand character and its core benefits in the most effective way
  • Manage end-to-end Digital projects, including digital content creation, metrics and integration across platforms
  • Build a strong online company voice through social media
  • Manage local Media & Digital & PR agencies to ensure efficient delivery of planned activities on time, on budget and KPIs
  • In collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams manage Local web site and support Customer Loyalty program promotion via mobile app
  • Evaluate campaigns effectiveness, propose improvements for the next planning cycle
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Propose marketing budget & split by activities to ensure maximum effectiveness and reach


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Brand communications, digital marketing and advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with good analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • English – Upper-Intermediate
