We are currently looking for Medical Advisor to join the team.

The person will:

• Build and maintain medical expertise for therapeutic areas of Marketing Prescription Medicine, provide strategic medical input and plan for local/global lifecycle management of both marketed products and compounds in late phase development;
• Create and implement processes to optimize the Medico-Marketing interaction and to maximize drug commercialization efforts from a medical perspective;
• Contribute medical expertise to design and approval of medical and marketing materials and ensure compliance with local legal regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures;
• Coordinate, overview and monitor the effectiveness of local medical activities;
• Act as primary medical contact and develop effective relationships with national and international Medical Experts;
• Ensure scientific product information in regular intervals and close co-operation in medical projects (e.g. national symposia, advisory board meetings, Phase III/IV studies) to support the commercial product potential as well as the company’s medical responsibility in the scientific community;
• Interact with regulatory, market access/pricing&reimbursement, and drug safety departments in developing and coordinating local medical product defense strategies and provide expertise in the label review.
• Execute performance KPI reporting.

Our requirements:

• Diploma Degree;
• Relevant Experience (3 Years +);
• Strong business mindset;
• Superior organizational, analytical, decision making skills with strategic capabilities;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills;
• English – Upper-Intermediate;
• High level of accountability and independency.
