  • Planning, control and budget realization.


  • Development, improvement, promotion, optimization and monitoring of VW PKW websites;
  • Content management: development, implementation, updating of (banners, texts, structure of the website);
  • Develop and execute reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with conclusions and recommendations;
  • Improvement of usability and attractiveness of websites according to A/B tests scenarios, marketing performance, global and local surveys. Provide conclusions and implement recommendations;
  • Analyze digital marketing data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Omniture;
  • Lead generation. New lead forms development and result analysis;


  • Website promotion strategy to increase organic traffic to the website, internal and external optimization, semantic core development and analysis, control of the website positions in Yandex and Google, reporting;
  • Web site personalization for each user (adaptive landing, customer recognition);
  • Leverage data and technologies to provide personal experience;
  • Identify opportunities in improving current performance in Digital;
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activities in Digital;
  • Development new generation website, local pages and tools according to the business goals;
  • Implementation of innovative initiatives and new digital tools into Volkswagen processes and business lines;
  • «Digital Magazine» support and improvement. Content

  • Write tracking requirements for the website implementation.


  • Working closely with the PKW departments: BTL, ATL, Dealers Marketing, PR, Aftersales, Finance, Product and Sales teams: to capture all learnings to ensure the development and improvement of digital plan; to incorporate insights to enhance thought leadership, content creation and related digital marketing efforts;
  • Coordination of projects process in marketing team from digital side: multi-channel projects, presentation preparation;
  • Working closely with Skoda, Volkswagen NFZ marketing teams and others departments such as IT, Purchase, Hotline: communication, sharing experience, organization of common projects;
  • Manage and lead the tender procedure: agencies briefing, evaluation and selection;
  • Lead joint tenders with the participation of other brands;
  • Build strong relationships with partners and agencies; develop joint business partnerships; Partnership management: organize and control of agencies work. Currently 4 agencies: SMM, Digital, SEO and Content creation;
  • Stay current on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competitors, technologies, etc.) and shares this information with key stakeholders and colleagues;
  • Take a part in seminars, workshops and conferences including organization and preparation of presentations;
  • Close communication with HQ digital teams.
  • Higher Education, preferably in Marketing / IT / Maths / Economics:
  • Experience: from 3-5 years as Digital Manager in Marketing at the Company’s side or Agency;
  • Experience in the development of sites and social media strategies and their implementation;
  • Understanding of Consumer Journey in real and virtual life, their management;
  • Increase of customer data-base and customer’s loyalty;
  • Work on a strict KPIs;
  • Good knowledge of different analytical instruments to evaluate the work of sites;
  • Understanding and usage of SEO technologies;
  • Ability to coordinate and control the work of agent’s teams;
  • English upper-intermediate;
  • PC Experienced user. Knowledge of other programs related to sites and social media;
  • Motivated, responsible, initiative;
  • Desire to learn and work in one of the best digital teams in the market;
  • Result oriented and efficient its achievement;
  • Good communicational skills.
