  • Develop, implement and monitor the Marketing Plan on assigned products and modify/adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop long range plan and annual plans in order to meet corporate goals for sales and profit growth
  • Participate in all tactical marketing activities within agreed budget/plan
  • Manage the budget within agreed limits

  • Build, develop and maintain long term respect based partnership and cooperation with the KOLs at a country level

  • Training, educating and encouraging of Field Force team for intensive and correct promotion according to strategic and tactical plans

  • Collaborate with Supply chain, Medical, Sales, Financial and other Dpt’s on all related to product management issues

  • Collaborate closely with platform managers on products development (core product strategies)

  • Provide timingly reporting on monthly basis to line management, obtain approvals for marketing projects (AED), provide forecasting through close collaboration with Sales managers for ensuring effective stock management.

Experience & knowledge:

  • Scientific background (medicine, pharmacy), specialized education in marketing is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical company, experience in sales and experience in marketing

  • Knowledge – pharmaceutical industry, product, health economics, marketing techniques, financial and business planning, English, PC.
