Role Description:

Procurement Specialist is responsible for analytics and purchase order management in interface with planning, logistic and suppliers/plants to increase service level, improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skill set required:

  • Higher education (or last year): Economical or Technical
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate (advanced Excel) and detail orientated [VBA will be an advantage]
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, Customer-oriented
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environment
  • Upper intermediate English
  • SAP experience is s plus


  • Develop strong working relationships and formalized collaborative agreements with key suppliers;
  • Define and execute performance improvement action plans in collaboration with supplier and multiteam to support business growth;
  • Be the key point of contact for sales and marketing teams on logistic topics and coordinate issues resolution linked to purchase order management;
  • Control and monitor purchase order portfolio to ensure timely and lean information flow in SAP;
  • Participate at the resolution of logistic and order management issues, concerns and Customer escalations in collaboration with other departments;
  • Carry out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and improvement;
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, business issues, material flow and divers of performance deterioration;
  • Ensure robust and effective daily management processes to deliver service level above 98%;
  • Lead cross-function projects aiming to improve service level and delivery reliability
