Our client – independent German, family-owned company with a long tradition in the spare parts market has an opening for Head of Sales (Russia, Belarus and C. Asia).

Purpose & intention of position:

  • Management of & Responsibility for the Sales in the respective countries (Russia, Belarus and C. Asia)
  • Creation & development of the sales strategy and turnover plan of the respective countries with the Regional Sales Director and Commercial Director FRU
  • Implementation of the countries sales strategy
  • Management of key customers FRU/FBY and local ITG
  • Management and development of the Sales Team to assure region sales strategy and turnover plans execution
  • Monitoring market/key decision makers on different levels to obtain new business opportunities
  • Company representation in important market events/fairs
  • Advancement of customer satisfaction & customer loyalty
  • Development and implementation of sales & motivation programmes
  • Cooperation with key account managers and other related departments to develop business
  • Control and advancement of the objectives achievement

Skills:

  • Sales management, preferably with SalesForce
  • Sales experience & good local network in Automotive spareparts for cars and trucks
  • English negotiation skills, further language advantageous
  • Management & Leadership skills
