We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our CPI team in Moscow and help us to improve commercial activity all over the world.

The core focus of the job is to maximize business growth by establishing a strategic partnership. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with interest in the mobile app industry, great communication and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract and engage new advertisers;
  • Evaluate the quality and value proposition of prospective partners and negotiate business terms of cooperation;

  • Build and sustain effective long term relations with the existing advertisers;

  • Monitor and analyze market and competitors to improve SFB Tech positions in the CPI industry;

  • Implement new means of acquisition, pitching, and start of the revenue initiatives to grow advertiser portfolio;

  • Expand business network in one of the following regions: Latin America, North America, EMEA, MENA, or Southeast Asia;

  • Manage business development on a regional level.

Essentials:

  • Minimal background in digital advertising;;

  • Basic knowledge of internet marketing and CPA business model;

  • Advanced level of English;

  • Experience in the business development environment;

  • Comfort interacting with senior-level executives;

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with polite, yet firm persuasive talents in external interactions;

  • Willingness to execute tasks independently, and work productively with remote team members;

  • Willingness to travel frequently.
