  • Sales CENTRAL reporting support for Mars Wrigley Segment: Develop sales reporting solutions, automation
  • Administrative support of reporting solutions (design lead, mappings, external data to load)
  • Central functions Analytical support and Test & Learn (APT, etc.)
  • Data Management process owner from Business side [Data Quality, Master Date Management, Reference Data Management, Data insights]
  • Metadata responsible
  • Data Awareness within Mars Wirgley
  • Sales OVHs support
  • Period close support
  • Customer Experience Accruals responsible contact
  • BI team management (up to 13 associates)

You will:

  • Provide Sales CENTRAL reporting support for Mars Wrigley, through communications with IT Business Partnership and Vendors: to Develop sales reporting solutions, automation
  • Provide administration support for Reporting: up-to-date sources, mappings, both inner and outer (S&F, Demand, etc.)
  • Provide Ad-hock Analytical support for Central departments, by own and through the team
  • Keep all central reporting up-to date (BI reports)
  • Business Process Owner of Analytical KPI at ARES or Sales works: Ares description support, Design/Sign for KPI changes
  • Provide dedicated support of Customers Development (National Accounts) department and NTC, Vending, Dcom through the team
  • Provide Data management process: describe it, coordinate different functions working with data. Create Data improvement plan: cleansing, unifying, optimizations.
  • Investigate data transactions, working closely with: Sales Systems, S&F, Demand, Customer Care – to define and provide changes
  • Optimize Reference DATA: to provide one set of number through unified reference lists creation.
  • Provide Data Quality management: define KPI, steps to change.
  • Define Data Stewarts (ownership of data structures inside MW), and communicate with them, organize process to update data and its references
  • Provide data awareness to MW: regular informing about steps, KPI, development
  • Provide OVHs support from SALES to S&F: define and align guidelines with Stakeholders, communicate budgets, aligned with S&F
  • Provide OVHS of Customer experience tracking
  • Provide Data for period close support process: keep up-to date data from Helios to Presentation
  • Provide period base communication by Accruals from Customer experience to S&F


  • English level - Upper Intemediate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • People management experience
  • Change management experience
