Who we are:

Our product is NTPro platform for brokers and institutional clients to trade on the financial markets. NTPro platform has been in production since 2016 and currently used by leading Russian banks and international financial companies. Our main priority now is to evolve the platform for European markets.

NTPro platform is a distributed environment with modules running on the servers in Moscow and London. The current workload exceeds 50 000 quotes per second and millions of orders daily. We use our own framework to optimize high-frequency processes.

Our company has about 60 employees, 10 of them are the support team.

Job description

Provide exceptional support by demonstrating your problem-solving skills and excellent customer service. You will become the face of our company for our clients, and you will have a noticeable impact on our day-to-day operations. This role works closely with the development teams, dealing and risk management desks as well as provides support to our institutional clients.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage customer requests (by phone or email) in Russian and English
  • Provide platform monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and reporting incidents, escalating requests to higher levels of support
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle or eliminate high pressure situations
  • Provide manual product testing and QA
  • Maintain and translate user manuals and technical guides
  • Follow and improve support procedures

Key competencies & qualifications


  • Advanced Windows user experience
  • Strong understanding of different types of operating systems and networking concepts
  • Russian (Fluent), English (Intermediate or higher)
  • Competent speaking and writing skills
  • Passion for technology and finance


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Engineering, Math, Finance or related fields
  • 1+ year of experience in software QA and/or technical customer service
  • Linux user experience
  • Experience in scripting in Bash and (or) Python
  • PostgreSQL skills including understanding of simple queries, join types, and stored procedures
  • Understanding software development processes (Agile, Scrum)

Working shifts

  • Regular work at night shift
  • Shift schedule 8 hours / 5 days
  • Workday starts depending on the shift — 7:00, 9:00, 14:00 or 22:45 Moscow time
