UI/UX Designer

We are looking for UX/UI designer who will drive design and workflow improvements for software and mobile apps, which are used for treatment planning and communication with patients. UX/UI designer works in software engineering team and supposed to understand in details end-to-end operational flow. You will be part of the product team, which continuously works on UX improvements. Role supposes communication with a stakeholders and day-to-day analysis of people behavior.

In this role, you will…

- Investigation of doctors’ behavior in the software and mobile apps
- Analyse possible scenarios and corner cases with PMs
- Create UI, workflows, prototypes and mockups
- Drive customer development together with UXR team
- Monitor productivity improvements, figure out new opportunities
- Review and track all of the changes
- Create design specifications with BAs
- Collaborate with development and SQA teams
- Work closely with the international design team

In this role, you’ll need …

- 2+ year or UX/UI software and mobile apps design experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to lead user research
- Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial;
- English upper-intermediate or higher
- Desire to become an subject matter expert
