Medical Devices division as a part of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is looking for a Marketing Assistant CSS located in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Analytics:

• Cooperation with PM in order to align market analysis approach

• Gathering, formatting and aggregation of market data sources;

• Competitors marketing assets analysis;

• Consistent analysis of tender data

• Provide reports on regular basis (monthly/quarterly)

• Operations:

• Internal and external marketing projects paperwork supervision

• Execution & support of various commercials processes within J&J (promo deals etc.);

• Support of team & distributors with product information, documentation, business letters;

• Support in organization of internal and external meetings;

• Maintenance of J&J internal item database (SAP-based), pricelists etc.;

• Other supportive tasks across the business unit aligned with Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing or economics degree);
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
• Perfect knowledge of MS Excel, strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and other office applications;
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to transform data into knowledge;
• Self-organizing, good in planning, able to perform well in multiple time-bound tasks;
• Strong team player;
• Easy learner;
• Grammatically & stylistically correct Russian and English in both oral & written forms.
