Visual Graphics Intern (part-time, 12 months)

Late and night shifts, 6 hours a day.
For students in Saint Petersburg only.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Visual Graphics (VG) Intern plays an integral role in facilitating consultants’ communications with their clients. S/he translates conceptual drafts into well-devised charts and exhibits and creates clear and accurate visual presentations.

Further, the VG Intern reworks existing material according to the consultants’ needs and in accordance with McKinsey guidelines. S/he specifically provides this type of support to consultants of the McKinsey office in Saint Peterburg and Moscow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

■ Create, edit and enhance presentation documents

■ Proofread documents to ensure they meet quality standards

■ Work with consultants on improving the visual presentation of information

■ Coordinate production activities for short and long-term client assignments, working closely with colleagues to manage production

■ Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion of all assigned jobs

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Prerequisites

■ Education: current 2nd – 4th-year bachelor student or master student

■ Excellent verbal and written language skills in Russian

■ Good knowledge of English (B1+)

■ IT literacy and some experience in working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

■ Experience towards designing or graphics-related studies/ employment would be an added advantage
