  • Leading Insights team in development of current processes and implementation of new tools
  • Continuous improvement of insights/research tools & process;
  • Consultancy in communication, connection & innovation;
  • Process based on consumer understanding & research learnings;
  • Manage decision risks with high financial and/or brand impact;
  • Consistent tracking of Market, Consumer Developments & Brand Performance;
  • Anticipate future developments;
  • Support harmonization/alignment of research methodologies (related to Activation Pillar) across Europe;
  • Cooperate with external partners and build strong relationships based on our needs and partner expertise;
  • Ensure Process & Outcome is in line with Excellence Pillar.
  • University Degree;
  • Minimum 3-years experienced in research/analysis/insights sphere;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Nielsen databases / Power BI knowledge as an advantage
  • Ability to balance support & challenge and make independent judgments & recommendations;
  • Strong executional skills: High Quality & Speed;
  • Excellence project management skill.
