

Обязанности:
- Support Fact based, consumer centric, insights driven decisions;
- Improve 360 consumer and shopper understanding;
- Deep learnings & insights to support growth and innovations agenda;
- Leading Insights team in development of current processes and implementation of new tools
- Continuous improvement of insights/research tools & process;
- Consultancy in communication, connection & innovation;
- Process based on consumer understanding & research learnings;
- Manage decision risks with high financial and/or brand impact;
- Consistent tracking of Market, Consumer Developments & Brand Performance;
- Anticipate future developments;
- Support harmonization/alignment of research methodologies (related to Activation Pillar) across Europe;
- Cooperate with external partners and build strong relationships based on our needs and partner expertise;
- Ensure Process & Outcome is in line with Excellence Pillar.
- University Degree;
- Minimum 3-years experienced in research/analysis/insights sphere;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Nielsen databases / Power BI knowledge as an advantage
- Ability to balance support & challenge and make independent judgments & recommendations;
- Strong executional skills: High Quality & Speed;
- Excellence project management skill.
