As Customer Development Executive, E-Commerce, you’ll support short-term and long-term E-Commerce capability development across local J&J organization with close collaboration with Key Accounts team, Trade Marketing team, digital and brand marketing teams within J&J Consumer Health.
Key focus areas:
- Plan and execute E-Commerce B2B customer strategies and achieving business objectives
- Develop joint business between J&J and E-Commerce B2B accounts in Russia (Yandex.lavka, Samokat, Sbermarket, iGoods, etc.)
- Customer scope may include customers like Ozon, Pokupki.market.yandex, Goods depending on candidate experience
Responsibilities:
- Build productive relationships and manage day-to-day several Russia E-Commerce players
- Conclusion of contracts with key online accounts
- Sustain promo activities in line with the National Marketing Activities Calendar
- Hold accountability for E-commerce customer turnover
- Execute Joint Business plans, develop and support partnership with E-commerce customers
- Monitor competitors' activities in the E-commerce channel
- Marketing analytics: making sure the performance is tracked
- Control J&J products visibility on partners’ websites
- Actively searches for best practices and ideas for re-applying in the e-commerce customers
- Work closely with peers and local digital & eCommerce team to identify best practices and processes to manage the digital shelf
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce/ Sales / Key Accounts Management / Category Management with responsibility for customer relationships, assortment, promo selling in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills, flexible team player
- Proactive, positive and innovative mind
- Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions
- Previous experience with e-retailers is required
- FMCG/Pharm/Internet companies background will be an advantage
- Passion about E-Commerce, curiosity on new and innovative ways to work with customers
- Willingness and capabilities to grow in an international business environment
- Upper-intermediate English
