About the project:
Deutsche Telekom Technik (DTT) company, the part of Deutsche Telekom AG group starts a new project ATLAAS. The goal of the project is to develop and maintain solution for Resource Demand Management and Incident Management based on Atlassian Jira.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution administration, operation and maintenance
  • Permanent solution adaption, customizing, optimization and integration in corporate IT infrastructure
  • Incidents solving support and first level support for users and external interfaces
  • Workflows implementation and optimization, plugins deployment and management
  • KPI`s mechanism implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor SW-Engineer or similar Expertise
  • Jira / Jira Plug-Ins / Jira Query Language (JQL) / Jira APIs
  • Python (Java), JSON
  • Fluent English
