Main responsibilities:

  • Organization of work of the employees in country in order to create demand for the company's products on the entrusted territory
  • Manages staff of division (the number of planning recruitment, evaluation, development, and others.)
  • Leads the development of the appropriate Consumer Health marketing country strategy, execute to ensure the sustainable development and growth of the Consumer Health in ensured country, maximize market potential of Bayer CH brands.
  • Responsible for the planning and control of marketing budget.
  • Responsible for the development of all promotion channels in the country and coherence between channels and marketing.
  • Manage and realize the plan of marketing initiatives of Consumer Health. Develop the local initiatives to boost and drive sales and plan execution.
  • Drive brand focused market research and analytics efforts and manages forecasting for revenue and production. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends in order to ensure sales plan execution by marketing strategy implementation.
  • Ensure implementation of CH Marketing Excellence guidelines and act as the Marketing Excellence Champion on a local basis.
  • Leads cycle meetings organization, manages the process of promo materials preparation for sales department. Manages involvements of employees.
  • Participates in the development of country sales strategy, plans sales budget, ensures the effective use of resources.
  • Constantly monitors market situation and competitor’s activities. Demonstrates flexibility in adaptation of tactic in order to increase sales in country. Initiates and leads projects aimed to increase sales and business process optimization inside sales departments and crossfunctional ones respectively.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets of the country, the alternative scenarios of sales development. Propose and proactively execute necessary actions to protect CH business interests in case of deviations and threats from the external environment.
  • Participates in the development and design of new technologies and CRM systems, provides effective sales analysis to drive business results the most efficient way.
  • Provide commercial operation support in the country and Caucasus region as well


  • Higher education. Education in the field of management, economics is an advantage.
  • Management experience in large pharmaceutical company from 5 years, including the experience in managing multiple levels of subordinates.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and competitors.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
