Legal Counsel (Marketing)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal support with the main focus on IP & Anti-trust matters

Functional expertise in the following areas:

• Trade marks, patents, images protection and audit;
• Company’s and Representatives Websites audits and respective governance
• Handling of Legal issues with competitors
• Comparative advertisement, claims management
• IP guidelines creation and adoption to the Russian business
• Anti-trust issues handling
• Legal support to cooperation with celebrities
• License, Franchise agreements
• Legal trainings on IP & Anti-trust matters for the business

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 yrs + legal experience in Russia, preferably in FMCG, IT, Pharma, E-commerce, Food industry, Manufactures in similar industry
• Higher legal education
• Fluent English
