BMW Group Russia is looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to join our BMW Marketing team!
- Management of the National BMW and MINI Websites and DWS (Dealer Website Solution), support of all digital and launch activities, constant customer journey evolution and feature optimization.
- Regular performance reporting for the Website and Dealer Website Solution to the Digital and Brand Management Teams using Adobe/Google/Yandex instruments
- Development and Execution of Web Digital Strategy for BMW Group Russia
- Proposal and implementation of the relevant digital instruments in digital media communication, corresponding to the communication and digital strategies:
- Briefing of the agencies and IT partners, reviewing of the timing, scope and cost for the works.
- Collection of digital project requirements within BMW Group Russia and project’s execution
- Planning and tracking of the annual budget for digital activities.
- Monitoring of SEO indicators, semantic core management and search engine optimization;
- Implementation of joint SEO/SEA strategy together with Digital and Media partners
- Next Best Offer/Next Best Activity project support
- Data Management Platform project steering with the agency partner
- Creation of reports and hypothesis to improve the website performance for both National and Retailer solutions
- Execution of CRM driven campaigns on the websites (National, Retailers) and overall proactive CRM approach
- Dealer Marketing Team support with steering Dealer Digital KPIs in Digital Media Campaigns.
- Higher marketing or business education
- No less than 2 year work experience in digital marketing
- Fluent Russian, fluent English
- Profound knowledge of Content Management systems and Website Development, Web Analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika)
- Experience in BI Solutions
- Advanced user of MS Office software(Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced presentation and communication skills
