What is expected to deliver:

  • Plans to create talent pipelines for critical areas with the Talent Sourcing Manager
  • Uses organizational knowledge and market intelligence to enable optimal decision making by the hiring managers
  • Coordinate with Senior TAI Managers and hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Responsible for the delivery of high quality professional candidates for assigned roles
  • Ongoing talent scanning to proactively identify talent pools for critical roles based on estimated candidates’ trends.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with the aim to anticipate business needs
  • Developing Market Intelligence reports in agreement with team goals
  • Ensuring CRM is kept up to date with high data integrity
  • Share best practice and talent-pools with recruiting teams
  • Measure conversion rates
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Responsible for Continuous Improvement and seeking proactive innovations across our processes
  • Proactively work to own development improving the critical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the high-performance culture in the team delivering consistently best in Class results, strengthens own and teammate capabilities, act as team player and role model
  • Expands sourcing channels to create wider and diverse pools of talent
  • Measures and ensures the improvement of the candidates experience with CCH

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in recruitment – 5+ years (agency background 3 years+)
  • Executive search experience
  • Customer orientation
  • Team management skills
  • University degree
  • Business Proficiency in English
