Role:

The mission of the IT & Digital People Management team is to create the strategies and processes necessary to build and grow exceptional teams. Our goal is to guarantee the expertise of our employees in their professions to enable Decathlon to become a Digital Giant!

To achieve this, we focus our activity on all subjects related to employees such as recruitment, training, professional development, performance management but also the optimization of our organization and the strengthening of our values.

To do this, we are implementing innovative HR tools that allow us to measure our impact.

Also, to help us in this mission, we are looking for an HR Talent Development Project Manager.

Position based in Moscow.

Responsibilities:

Guide and lead projects that create an environment of high performing work teams. Current initiatives include the implementation of new performance review tools, the deployment of structured career paths and the construction of tailor-made training plans (blended L&D).

Thus, in this context of change management you:

=> State the principles of Leadership and Execution. Make them emerge, know, recognize by all employees and leaders and bring them to life on a daily basis.

=> Set up new practices around efficiency and culture, based on experimentation, business feedback, setting up metrics and debriefing results.

=> Adapt managerial rituals, our performance reviews. Drive change with teams to make it our new work habits.

=> Supporting the rise in requirements of everyone, our goal always being to increase excellence and increase in expertise.

=> Update the practices necessary to optimize collaboration between offices and countries (communication tools, English training, asynchronous project mode, etc.)

=> The entire process is to be carried out via a feedback and data-oriented culture to feed our analyzes and better support change with our teams.

=> These elements are not exhaustive because the object will also be to offer and innovate regularly in order to always create an environment conducive to the development of everyone.

In addition, you are a privileged interlocutor of local HR teams for all HR development topics.

Profile:

=> Minimum of 5 years of HR / talent management experience in an international environment => Proven experience on the elements of culture and performance in a Digital environment

=> Good digital culture and a strong personal appetite for transformation and innovation projects

=> Ability to seek out and adapt the best HR practices in the industry, You are connected to the => tech / scale-up ecosystem and you maintain a network

=> Experience on “at scale” deployment (hundreds of employees)

=> Strong project management skills.

=> Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

=> Excellent communicator able to work and adapt to multiple levels of the organization.

=> Federator of solid inter-functional partnerships.

=> Great adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing priorities.

=> Focused on action, speed, results.

=> Willingness to learn and develop within the company.

=> Fluency in English and Russian
