Purchasing Specialist

Savencia Russia is opening a vacancy for Purchasing Specialist with a location in Moscow / Moscow region.

In connection with the expansion of our presence in the market, we are looking for specialists who are ready to develop with us, solving complex and interesting problems. Responsibilities:

• To manage purchasing process:
• consolidate, update, analyze purchasing data
• to execute market and technology research
• to develop strategical and tactical plans of purchase
• to assess risks and constrains
• to prepare and conduct tender process and negotiations (packaging, ingredients and other product families)
• to execute cost analyses
• to perform post-tender formalities
• to participate in budgeting process

Supplier management:

• to assess supplier’s risks and submit recommendations for corrective actions
• to perform activities on costs, lead times, payment terms, quality optimization
• to conduct audit of suppliers' production sites

Contracts’ management:

• contract creation and processing, regular update
• contracts terms optimization
• Initiating and contribution to projects (incl. interaction with global team)

Requirements:

• High Education (management, finance)
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing/supply
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of English language (French will be a plus)
• Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of cost management
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Structured approach
• Ability to see the “big picture”
