Responsibilities:
  • Increasing VRF sales turnover via the specification and developer route.
  • Generating future sales opportunities across the consultant and developer spectrum following the project from “cradle to grave”.
  • Develop relationships with consultants and build a project specification pipeline within a defined territory.
  • Manage program of consultants training presentations to specifiers.
  • Design and write consultants training presentation using PPT.
  • End-to-end project tracking, sales forecasting and conversion.
  • Managing Technical support such as vertical proposal / drawing / CFD / Noise analysis etc
  • Aftersales technical support
Requirements:
  • Education engineering degree in air-conditioning and refrigeration or degree in related engineering subject i.e. mechanical engineer or building services engineer
  • Proven working experience in AC Product planning & marketing area over 5 years
  • Proven knowledge of designers and consultants in Russia from the largest design buros
  • Proven knowledge of developpers and contractors in Russia
  • An experience and ability to work in a large complex multi-cultural matrix type of organization
