We are looking for a talented Legal assistant to become part of our team.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Review, markup/draft (from forms and from scratch), negotiate and close commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, CDA.

  • Supporting documents across the company.

  • Provide rapid, practical, business-oriented legal/commercial contract advice directly to managers.

  • Support managers in negotiating deliverables, services scope, warranty and other

  • commercial terms.

  • Apply analytical skills to minimize risk.

  • Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making among the Legal team, Finance

  • team, business teams and other internal teams.

  • Manage assigned projects to completion.

  • Assist Head of Legal and management in higher level matters, as needed.

  • All other duties as assigned.


You have:
  • Master of law degree from an reputable University required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Services Industry experience preferred.

  • Analytical and research skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to think and decide quickly, and to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts in English.

  • Minimum level in English – Upper-Intermediate.
