Savencia Russia is looking for Head of Human Resources/HR Business Partner for plant in Belebey, Bashkiriya.

  • to contribute to implementation of HR strategy in order to achieve business objectives in our plant in Belebey, lead and facilitate the change.
  • to serve as a consultant to management on HR-related topics and facilitate/improve the quality of management and teamwork
  • to foster a recognition culture at work, assess and deal with employees’ engagement.

It is expected that plant HR Head manages the employee relations and act as a primary interface with unions representatives of the organization.

Head of Human Resources/HR Business Partner


Deploys HR policies, programs, practices

  • To control Performance management process
  • To lead Talent management and people development processes
  • To follow and update C&B policies

Organizational Design

  • Evaluate the organization set-up for better effectiveness and efficiency
  • Consult the business leaders on organization design & development
  • Ensure the right cost sizing with respect to the budget

Industrial relations

  • Implement industrial relations, communicate activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues
  • Help conduct negotiations and monitor relationships with union representatives

Recruitment and Employer branding

  • Organize recruitment process to cover business needs
  • Develop and deploy Employer Branding campaign to attract talent
  • Control the on-boarding program


  • Promote Safety culture within the organization
  • Implement Group Safety policies in the organization

Managing Change

  • Participate in system/process redesign/reengineering regarding HR related topics
  • Act as change management facilitator

Employee Engagement

  • Promote measures and deals with employees’ engagement.
  • Communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
  • Promote a culture of daily recognition
  • Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication


Education and Experience

  • High Education (Management, HR, Economical)
  • 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles (Production/Industrial experience is a must)
  • Experience in multinational/Russian companies with not less than 500 employees

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and practical skills in all HR spheres
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian Labour Code
  • Proven HR partnering with business acumen
  • Good communication, presentational and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (French will be a plus)
  • Microsoft Office
