Who are we?

Kodland is a leading international online programming school teaching high-demand digital skills to kids and teenagers all over the globe. EdTech distinguishes us as an open-minded and honest company with very high standards and an ambitious goal to change the future by tech learning.

We took 1st place in the CIS region in terms of growth among programming schools in 2020. Our English department works successfully with European market and we are launching product on Indian market on September. Right now we are having over 100 sales representatives and we are planning to double it by the end of 2021! Therefore we need strong leader who can quickly organize and adapt to the fast pace environment of growth and success we have currently present here at Kodland.

We are looking for:

  • A charismatic leader with extensive experience in sales who has something to teach our team;
  • A leader with successful experience in managing a group of sales representatives;
  • Easily find a mutual language with people and able to solve any language barrier situation;
  • Know how to maintain an exceptional discipline and transparency of processes within the team;
  • Involved in mass recruitment and training within sales department;
  • Leaders like us, full of energy and expert in the field, always looking for new professional challenges!

What will you be doing:

  • Build and maintain a new sales segment from scratch. Together with our HR, you have to select, train and release to work 100+ sales representatives whose work will need to be set up as efficiently as possible;
  • Assemble your super-team. Build and direct your crew of team leaders to efficiently operate and manage the segment with your supervision and leadership;
  • Maintain an atmosphere of growth. Create and maintain a working environment in which everyone will strive to achieve more and overfulfill their goals;
  • Exceed expectations. We are guided by the principles of ambitious goal-setting and strive to do more than is expected from us to turn our clients into our ambassadors;
  • Cultivate the right values. We want to get a modern sales segment where results and discipline always come first;
  • Develop together with us and move your team to the next level where your performance will match their success!

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary. Base 87 000 rub + Bonus up to 106 000 rub
  • Excellent schedule. The workload is 40-50 hours a week, weekends are Sat-Sun. We respect your personal time and we want our cooperation to be long-term and efficient;
