Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Function Leads and department heads to ensure they have resources and people practices in place to drive business
  • Manage Hierarchy and help leaders to design new roles needed to implement business plans
  • People planning
  • Implement HR initiatives in Head Office functions
  • Drive key processes: Performance Management, Talent process, Year-end processes, Opinion Surveys, Culture Activities in partnership with COEs
  • Request feedback and action planning for improvement on People processes in departments
  • Partner with department heads and function leads in solving daily people issues
  • Partner with COEs to develop initiatives needed to improve people practices in functions
  • Organize activities
  • Help leaders to solve people issues (terminations, difficult conversations etc.)
  • Ensure proper communication of people initiatives
  • Participate in projects aimed at Head office employees
  • Implement and execute programs

Candidate profile:

  • 5+ years experience as Senior HR BP in big company
  • High Education
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Knowledge of People practices and major processes
  • Competencies
  • Execution proficiency
  • Communication skills
  • Influence
  • Tolerance to ambiguity
  • Good organizational skills
