A leading VPN service is searching customer support managers. We provide all education online for our customer support managers.

What you will have to do:

  • Dealing with technical customer support (resolving tickets about different ussues from the clients in zendesk) - no calls

  • Getting familiar with software

  • Being extremely thorough in debugging and documenting issues for other teams

  • Documenting your processes and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • English Upper Intermediate

  • Good communication skills

  • Eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.

  • Experience in zendesk is a plus

  • Experience using Excel

Conditions:

  • The work schedule can be flexible.

  • Fully remote

  • Online education

  • Work contract for 6 months with further prolongation
