Today we are looking for Executive assistant.

Requirements to a candidate:

  • Higher education.
  • English – Advanced (both written and oral).
  • Self Organized.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Verbal and written articulacy.
  • Professional discretion.
  • Efficiency.
  • Well-developed time management skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required.
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Organizing travel and itineraries.
  • Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets.
  • Working more closely with management if taking on some of the manager's responsibilities.
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
  • Various ad hoc requests.

Business Assistant responsibilities:

  • End-to-end liaison with UK Sales team and with the customer if needs be.
  • Communication with our legal team to accelerate process.

General Admin Support:

  • Finding contacts.
  • Helping arrange ‘marketing giveaways’.
  • Sending out.
  • Helping with UK social media in alliance with marketing.
